Workplace Mindfulness
Mindfulness has many positive benefits. There are two aspects to Workplace Mindfulness – Individual coping mechanisms to reduce stress and mechanisms to reduce the amount of stressors in the workplace. And Team based tools and systems to reduce the likelihood of the requirement for team members to require mindfulness tools.
Typically, Mindfulness teaches just the coping mechanisms; however, Workplace Mindfulness also addresses the causes of stress to reduce the requirement for Individual coping mechanisms. Research has shown that some of the most common causes of burnout include: Lack of control, Unclear job expectations, Receiving no recognition/reward , Unreasonable workloads, and Lack of Work-Personal life balance

Introduction to Workplace Mindfulness
The Introduction to Mindfulness is a three-hour session aimed at introducing workgroups to the concept of mindfulness and providing some skills and tools that can be implemented by the team or that will form the basis for future engagements.
This session can be conducted in person or online.
Workplace Mindfulness Implementation
The Workplace Mindfulness Implementation takes place over six weeks and is planned on a team size of ten team members. The implementation sequence consists of Introduction, Team Workplace Mindful Standards, Individual Workplace Mindful Standards and then coaching to embed the standards.
Leadership Development
